Mike P. holds the rank of shodan (1st degree black belt) in the art of Aikido. Mike has trained in the martial arts since 1982, with experience in Tae Kwon Do and Classical Ju Jutsu. He started teaching in '90/'91, and is the master of the intense warm-up routine. Want a good workout, come train with Mike P.
Vince Quas Sempai/Assistant Instructor
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, Sempai Vince started training Aikido. Today, Vince holds the rank of nidan (2nd degree black belt) in the art of Aikido. Vince likes holding hands and enjoys long walks on the beach.
Bruce Emerson Sempai/Assistant Instructor
Bruce Emerson Sempai holds the rank of Shodan (1st degree black belt) in the art of Aikido, and at 7' 5", has a unique perspective on his practice. In his spare time he likes to precisely calculate the force required to toss you completely across the mat.

Dawn Emerson Sempai holds the rank of Shodan (1st degree black belt) in the art of Aikido, and can bring the big man to his knees faster than anyone.
